Diploma in Ophthalmology, Oxford, 1914. Clinical Assistant and House Surgeon, London Hospital; at the Evelina Hospital and Pathologist, Oxford Eye Hospital. Senior Demonstrator in Anatomy at Oxford. Practised at Newbury. Served in the Great War, 1914-19 (Capt., R.A.M.C.; eye specialist; in Egypt, Salonika and in the Caucasus). His health was undermined by his experiences and he spent two winters in Switzerland. Author, medical. Died June 18, 1922, at Bournemouth.
